Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Union is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Union follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love their salted vietnamese coffee, taste just like the coffee we have in Viet Nam, really strong and I like it. I would give it a 9 out of 10. The sugar cane is really fresh, it would be perfect if they put a little bit less ice than usual, it's a 7.5 out of 10. I definitely recommend their Banh Mi. The best Banh Mi I have had so far since we moved to Union. We ordered the roast pork and the grilled pork sausage. The roast pork Banh Mi is amazing πŸ‘. It reminds me of my mom's cooking. I have tried a few Vietnamese Banh Mi restaurants in Union, none of them could beat this place. It is a 9.5 out of 10. I have not had a chance to try out the Pho and other types of noodles yet, will definitely come back for those. The waiting time is not bad at all. I love it when I heard them talking in Vietnamese about how excited they are to serve authentic Vietnamese food to others. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Top notch food quality and customer service! This new restaurant was a great introduction of Vietnamese cuisine for me. The people at the front were pretty cool and comforting to the point of giving out free samples of sugarcane, which were absolutely refreshing! And the vermicelli combo I ordered was delicious as well! The fine noodles and the meats and veggies blended well together, topped with their fish sauce! I enjoyed my time there!πŸ‘

Saw this new place opened up, so went in with the kids to try it out. We ordered the chicken egg rolls, the fried chicken wings with soy garlic sauce and the kids shared a bowl of beef pho, and I had the bun bo hue. ( spicy beef and pork noodle soup ) We also ordered the viet ice coffee and the mango smoothie. The mango smoothie was good the kids loved it. The viet ice coffee was strong I loved it but for some reason they only fill the cup up half way?! The chicken egg rolls was good just as expected. The fried chicken wings was so/so the sauce was abit overwhelming and the meat was a little dry. The kids beef pho soup broth didn't have much flavor. And lastly the bun bo hue was good, it was not as spicy but flavored. I was disappointed w the noodle... it was still a little hard like it wasn't cooked long enough and there was so little noddle inside the bowl. The service was alright definitely needs some training? I understand it's a new restaurant... But it was weird when guy waiter came to asked if I wanted the check in the middle of nowhere seeing my kids weren't even done eating yet... Which made me felt like I was being rushed out for no reason... especially since it wasn't
